Sun 3D Corporation® launches brand new nano UV Inks® that is based on nanotechnology.
We use Nanochemistry with solid microspheres comparing with diamonds in a firm sense. Being round-shaped these microspheres extremely augments our inks fluidity. If nozzles are clogged ordinary inks cannot traverse, but our exclusive inks with the Nanoparticles pass through very easily ensuring trouble-free printing. Besides, they clean up the nozzles improving the condition of all the print heads. So, using such inks in our systems, the lifetime of print heads increases up to 30%!!
Using our ColorGate software and run in the Ink Save mode feature, can save up to 35% on Ink.
The main advantage for our clients is that the true color spectrum appears to be much brighter! As our nanoparticles are round-shaped, they play a role of a light diffusing lens and due to this the glow effect of true light refraction takes place. Besides, our exclusive nanotechnology science allows us to get the stability of the inks behavior in the print heads and to increase the normal shelf life and ultimate resistance to many external factors.
Cured are ecologically friendly. They are toxic itself (when in liquid form) - but UV-ink is not volatile (do not consist
of VOC). After nano UV Inks® is completely cured during the printing process UV print can be used indoors.

High optical density: We ensure very small milling of pigment. Size of pigment in our ink is about 0.2 micron. Spreading capacity is high.
Wide color gamut, brightness and true reproduction: Nowadays many people are fussy about color, especially when it comes to their logos. nano UV inks® gives excellent brightness and saturated true colors on most substrates.
Excellent Adhesion: Ensure perfect adhesion when printing on any substrates both flexible and rigid, also on not heat-resistant materials, and even on paper!!!
Light fastness: Refer to 8+ point (which is top according to the international scale). It means that you can expose printed images on the sunshine more than 3000 hours (something about 3 years). But as usually UV-prints are used indoor: don't forget that 60% of ultraviolet rays are lingered on a dual-pane window - due to this lightfastness of the image increases many times up to 5-10 years of exposition.
